Kristina A. Miller

Kristina focuses on estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax matters. She also assists with reviewing and negotiating employment agreements for heads of independent schools.

Kristina graduated summa cum laude from Temple University's Beasley School of Law, where she was inducted into the Order of the Coif. She was also presented with the Faculty Award for Academic Achievement and the Best Paper Award in Legal Research and Writing II, Corporations, and Partnership Taxation. Kristina graduated summa cum laude from Kutztown University, where she was a member of the women’s soccer team. Prior to joining Commons & Commons LLP, Kristina worked on matters relating to estate, trust, and tax planning at a large law firm in Philadelphia.

Kristina is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania.
