Mary Beth Melso
Mary Beth represents clients in estate planning, estate and trust administration, and tax matters. While estate planning and administration is a significant focus of Mary Beth’s practice, she also assists clients with real estate transactions and leadership and contract issues at independent schools.
Mary Beth received her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School, where she was an Associate Editor of the Colorado Law Review. Mary Beth also graduated from Haverford College cum laude, where she studied Anthropology and Educational Studies. Prior to joining Commons & Commons, Mary Beth represented workers pursuing unpaid wages in Colorado’s federal and state courts and arbitration.
Mary Beth is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and Colorado.
